The structure of a narrative is TOPES.

The T stands for Title. The title is the name of the narrative or fairy tale you are writing. For eg: The 3 billy goat gruff.

The O stands for Orientation. The orientation is the first sentence of your fairy tale and story. For eg: There were 3 brothers on the hillside eating grass.

The P stands for Problem. The problem when when they have to do or get to something in a hard way. For eg:They found a bridge to the other side  of the hillside but they heard that there was a troll guarding the bridge to the other side of the hillside.

The E stands for events. The events is when they do something to solve the problem.For eg: The little goat was brave and went on the bridge first. The troll said that you had to have a good reason to pass the bridge. The little goat said that he had a brother much bigger than him. So the troll let the little goat cross the bridge.

The S stands for solution. The solution is to solve the problem. For eg: The big goat came and the troll said give me a good reason why you can cross this bridge. So the big goat got mad and charged at him and he fell off the bridge to never be seen again.

The structure of a narrative is TOPES. T is for Title, O is for Orientation, P is for Problem, E is for  Events, and S is for Solutions.
